Some of the General Policies of the Group
- Full support is giving by the General manger to the department’s managers and advisors, as they are partners, which reflecting in favor of the Group.
- Organization and effective coordination between the mangers and other employees and consultants carried out to provide the practical and technical support for all the activities of the group.
- Submitting periodic reports by department managers to the General Manager of the Group explain the details of works being carried out by the different departments of the group in terms of total professional fees, and the time required for implementation, cost and profitability of each process separately.
- Submitting monthly performance reports by Departments’ Managers to the General Manager of the Group.
- Work on a mechanism to avoid the conflict of interest between the Group's clients and not to make any contracts with the Group's clients without the approval of the Department of legal experience.
- The Departments' Managers are committed to attend the monthly meeting with the General Manager to follow up the implementation of all policies of the group and evaluate any professional deviations occurred in the path of the Group during the ended month.>
